Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:
Stuffing
Ground Beef – 1 lbs
Green Cabbage – 1 whole one
Rice – 1 cup
Brown Onion – 1 chopped
Parsley – ½ cup
Egg – 1 Large
Salt – 2 teaspoon
Sweet Paprika – 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
All spice – 1 teaspoon
Veg/Canola Oil
Sauce
Water – 3 cups
Crushed Tomatoes – 14 oz
Sweet Paprika – 1 Tablespoon
Chicken Powder – 2 Tablespoon
Garlic – 3 cloves chopped
Turmeric – ½ teaspoon
Black Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Oil – ¼ Cup
Directions:
Take Cabbage, Cut the Head, put in plastic bag and freeze it overnight.
Next day, Let it defrost naturally or put in warm water in bowl until soft
Take the leaves out 1 at a time and place it on the side
if stuck, take a little knife to separate from inside out
Heat oil in Pan on High, Add Onion and fry till med brown
Add ¾ Cup Water & Rice, Cover it and turn to low.
Cook until all water is vaporized (10-15 minutes).
Take out of stove top and put to the side to cool off.
Take a separate bowl, put the beef inside and add the following
Parsley, Black Pepper, Tumeric, All spice, Paprika, Salt, egg.
Then add the rice mix, and mix together and that will become the stuffing
Then you stuff the cabbage leaves with the filling 1.5oz of stuffing per roll
Roll it up and put it to the side.
On separate low profile Pot – add crushed tomaotes, Sweet Paprika, Chicken Powder, black pepper, Oil, 3 Cups of Water, turmeric & Garlic
Mix it well and then Add stuffed Cabbage.
Turn on Medium High until boil, then lower to Low about 45minutes -1hour
